MEAN Initiatives is a holistic mental wellbeing program dedicated to nurturing balanced, resilient, and empowered minds. Anchored in balance, empathy and ethical responsibility, MEAN uses trauma-informed counselling, psycho-education, creative-expression labs and community engagement to promote psychological growth and resilience. MEAN Initiatives began its journey in 2022 with the singular vision of inspiring balanced, resilient, and purpose-driven growth within individuals and communities, operating under the guiding motto: "When Growth Finds Its Balance". Our integrated approach leverages a rich tapestry of insights drawn first and foremost from social work, psychology, philosophy, education, and spirituality, reflecting the universal wisdom of the Golden Mean—a message of balance, harmony, and meaningful progress. We are proud to work in close and powerful collaboration with S.S.S Mindvision, an organization established in 2018, from whom we draw significant inspiration and foundational support. This strategic alliance strengthens our capabilities, allowing us to collaboratively design and deliver transformative training sessions, creative learning experiences, and supportive counseling spaces that champion wellbeing, self-discovery, and sustainable community development for a truly balanced future.
